Prepare monthly Income statement and Balance sheet
Assist (Admin) when required with accounting queries
Prepare monthly stats on show levies per province in order to arrive at monthly provincial levy due to each province
Load and release beneficiaries on the bank and payments (together with Elisha as 2 people need to do both functions)
Ensure there are sufficient funds in the current account to cover payment, or transfer money if short
Submit lottery report on spend, as when we have lottery money
At year end send accounts to have the AFS prepared<\/p>\n\n\n\n
