This letter serves as an election notification for the following positions on the ESA Council
PRESIDENT
VICE-PRESIDENT
TREASURER
Process of Election
- Members to submit individual nominations (CN1) to Clubs by 6 August 2024
- Club Presidents to submit all nominations received on CN2 to Provincial DAs by 10 August 2024
- Provincial DAs to collate list of nominations received and submit PN1 with all nominations to Election Officer by 15 August 2024
- Election Officer to send list of nominations to all Provincial DAs for voting by Clubs by 20 August 2024
- Final date for Provincial Mandates (PM1) to be submitted to Election Officer by 7 September 2024
- Election at the ESA AGM on 14 September 2024
